Odds are, if you’ve been to a gig or festival in the last 5 years, you’ve been to one of ours. RUFUS DU SOL, Peking Duk, Missy Higgins, Day on the Lawn and the Tasmanian Wine Festival just to name a few.

We’re after some good people to come on the journey with us in our small events organisation team. Having an academic background is an advantage, but we’re more interested in you!

We need quick learners, who thrive under pressure, are accountable and responsible. We’re looking for people who see a future in the music and events industry, and a future with us.

What you’ll do:
You’ll see first hand what it takes to organise and execute some of our state’s largest events. Your tasks could include:

- Managing and creating social media content
- Organising event setup and packdown
- On board and schedule casual staff
- Graphic design & copywriting
- Stakeholder relations
- Event day operations

What you have:
Experience working within the events and hospitality industry, while welcome, is not a necessity. Our desirable experience includes:

- Current driver’s license
- Proficiency in either MS Office or Google Workspace
- RSA Certificate, or ability to obtain one
- Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- A good character and personality
- Eager and willing to learn and try new things This position is located in Hobart, Tasmania.
